A web browser is an application that allows users to look at web pages. You can find out more here. The most popular browsers used on mobile and tablets include: Brave, Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, Apus, Dolphin and Puffin. At MyMeals365, we recommend Brave which protects users’ privacy.

Search engine

A search engine is a tool which allows users to find information on the internet. The most popular search engines include: Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Ask.com and Yahoo! At MyMeals365, we recommend DuckDuckGo which protects users’ privacy.

Unavailable features

If your mobile or tablet is old, some MyMeals365 features may unfortunately not be available to you. These include the following:

• accessing our help page
• adding a recipes from the Internet from the MyMeals365 app (although it is possible to add recipes from the Internet using your browser of your choice, as explained here)

What you can do:

• you could try updating your device
• if you are unable to update your device, you can get more help here
• as mentioned above, you can always add recipes from the Internet using your browser of your choice (LINK), which many people prefer anyway!
